Texas Sheet Cake and Frosting

Ingredients

• Mix well:
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• Bring to a boil:
• 2 cubes margarine, 1 cup water, 4 Tbl. Cocoa
• Add liquid to flour mixture and beat well. Spread on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
• FROSTING: Cream 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup cocoa. Add: 6 TBL canned milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, and l lb. powdered sugar.
