  • 20

    whole cloves

  • cup currant jelly

  • 1

    Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Preheat the oven to 375. Line a roasting pan with foil and spray it with nonstick spray. Place a rack in the pan and spray the rack with nonstick spray Score the top and sides of the ham with a small sharp knife in a crisscross pattern. Insert the whole cloves decoratively and place the ham on the rack. Bake 1 hour. Meanwhile, to make the glaze, microwave the jelly in a small microwavable bowl until melted, 30 to 45 seconds, stirring everty 15 seconds during the cooking time. Stir in the mustard. Remove the ham from the oven, brush with half the glaze. Bake until browned and an instant read thermometer inserted into the center registers 140, brushing once with the remaining glaze halfway through. Tent with foil and let stand at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours before slicing.
