Ingredients
- 3 medium avocados
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans jalopeno refried beans (10 1/2 oz.)
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cans (3 1/2 oz.) chopped ripe olives
- 1 pkg.(4oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and set aside: avocados, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, Taco seasoning. Spread beans, top with avocado mix, cour cream, etc. Chill. Top with cheese just before you serve.
Serve with Nacho Chips
