Greek Yogurt Pancakes
The perfect Greek Yogurt Pancakes, fluffy and delicious. Serve with butter and maple syrup or your favorite fruits and whipped cream!
- 6 ounces Greek yogurt
- 1 egg or 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

In a mixing bowl add 6 ounces of greek yogurt and stir until the yogurt is smooth and creamy.
Add the egg or egg whites to yogurt and stir until you have only a few lumps.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda. Then mix into the yogurt/egg mixture. The batter will be extremely thick.
Spoon the batter onto a sprayed griddle or pan heated to medium-high. Can make four big pancakes or 8 smaller ones.
Flip the pancakes when they start to bubble on the surface. Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve with butter and syrup.
