Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup yogurt/sour cream/buttermilk
- 10 anchovy fillets, minced or anchovy paste
- 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste

Step 1
Mince 6 cloves of garlic, and combine in a small bowl with mayonnaise, anchovies, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
