Ingredients

  • 2 C uncooked bow tie pasta
  • 2 C cubed cooked chicken1 can (14-oz) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained & chopped
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 C shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 C mayo
  • 1/3 C 2% milk
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 C onion & garlic salad croutons, coarsely crushed

Preparation

Step 1

cook pasta according to pkg directions

meanwhile, in lg. bowl, combine remaining ingredients (minus croutons)

drain pasta
add to chicken mixture

transfer to greased 2-qt baking dish
sprinkle w/ croutons
bake, uncovered, @350 for 25-30 min or until heated through
