Cherries in the Snow

Ingredients

• (2) 8 oz. Pkgs. Of Cream Cheese (softened)
• 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
• 1 Cup of Milk
• 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
• 1 Angel Food Cake cut into 1 inch pieces
• (1) 12 – 16 oz. container of Cool Whip
• (1) 16 oz. Can of Comstock Cherries

Preparation

Step 1

With mixer, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until blended. Add Cool Whip and beat until all is mixed. Add pieces of Angel Food Cake by folding into mixture with a spoon. Put into a bowl and top with can of cherries and refrigerate.



You can double this and it also can be prepared ahead of time. Just don’t put the cherries on until you are ready to serve.
