Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked chicken, diced fine
  • 2 Cups Chopped celery
  • 3 Tablespoons Minced onion
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon each of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans or Almonds
  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Can Small can sliced Mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 Cups Crushed potato chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix together, chicken, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, nuts and mayo.

Pour undiluted soup over top.
