Ingredients
- Stuffing:
- 1 pkg Stove Top Dressing
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 - 1 1/2 thick pork Chops
- 1 1/2 cup of Chicken or Pork stock
- 1 pkg of stove top stuffing made by pkg directions less….1/4 cup of water. When done, let cool enough to handle and add 1 egg, (beaten).

Step 1
Chops:
Cut pocket into 4 thick chops. Season pork chops with Rosemary/Garlic Blend seasoning. Stuff and “overstuff” chops with dressing. Carefully place chops into roasting pan, add stock to pan around chops (not on top of the pork chops), cover with foil and bake.
Bake for 35 min at 350 degrees in preheated oven.
