Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 3/4 flour
  • 1 pkg (3 oz) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1 eg
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 4 large fresh peaces, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 t sugar
  • 1/8 - 1/4 t cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients; beat for 2 minutes. Spread into greased 9 " pie plate. Arrange peaches over batter to within 1/2 ' of edge. Beat cream cheese and sugar; spoon over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes til set. Refrigerate.
