Skinny Cream Sauce

Skinny Cream Sauce 0 Picture


  • 1 Tbsp Soft Tub Oleo (NOT Fat-Free or Low Fat)
  • 1 Tbsp of Flour
  • 1 Cup of Boiling Water
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of non-fat Dry Milk
  • Dash Nutmeg



Step 1

In a small pan over medium heat, melt Oleo.
Add Flour, stir to form a thick paste.
Gradually add boiling Water, Stirring constantly with wire wisk until well blended.
Add salt and dry Milk powder whisking rapidly until Milk granules are dissolved into a smooth sauce.
