  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
