Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1 # ground beef
• 2 TBSP finely chopped onions
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Preheat oven 400 degrees
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, shape into twenty 1 and 1/2 inch balls, place in ungreased baking pan 9x9x2 bake about 20 mins.
