Baklava Cheesecake

Chrys Kotzambasis, from My Big Fat Greek Restaurant stopped by with the premiere Greek dessert: Baklava!

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 2 cups Graham crackers
- ............................
- Baklava mix:
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspooncinnamon
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- ............................
- Cheesecake mix:
- 2.5 lbs Cream cheese
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 8 oz Sour cream
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 cup Bavarian cream
- 6 Eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Mix butter with Graham crackers and line bottom of spring form pan with Graham crackers and bake on 350 for 6 minutes.

Cheesecake:
Combine sugar, cream cheese, and Bavarian cream in mixer and mix for 3 minutes. Add sour cream to mixture and mix for 3 minutes. Add eggs and mix 3 more minutes. Fold in heavy cream and baklava mix.
Fill pan 1/2 inch from top of the pan. Bake on 250 for 2 hours until set in the middle . Allow to rest at room temperature for 1 hour and refrigerate.
