Ingredients
- 1/4 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 (19-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (8-ounce) jar hot salsa
- Shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain well. Add chili powder; cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add black beans, tomatoes, and salsa; bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
