Thank you so much for this. I've been struggling with making good pie crusts for years. This is so simple and delicious and quick - I'm making 6 pies a week for the church. I add a bit of sugar to sweeten it up. Thank You!

My husband and I carved pumpkins tonight, and decided to make pumpkin pie and bake the seeds. Well as for this crust we were skeptical, but we tried and anyway. It was FABULOUS! It was crumbly and perfect! We did as Cindy said and added a little sugar (we put sweet and low), and it went great with the pumpkin filling. Awesome recipe!

I just used this recipe to make a crust for a chicken pie - I have never made a pie crust using an oil base before - I was skeptical! But I was surprised - recipe was good, the pie turned out great! Will definitely use it again - so much easier than 'breadcrumbing' the butter into the flour!

I've been using this for my honey pear and boysenberry pie. It is fool proof for someone that doesn't cook or bake. Today, makin' the boysenberry and apple pie. Love this crust. My son got hooked on pies because of this crust.

Used this tonight for chicken pot pie crust (I only put a crust on top) and it was outstanding! Usually buy my crusts from Trader Joe's because I don't like eating shortening and theirs are made with butter but they are expensive. In a pinch I found this recipe and my entire family was so pleased. Thank you for making this recipe available. Will be using it from this day forward.

This crust recipe really is super easy and very tasty. A word of caution though- I've used it with white flour several times and the crusts were always delicious and easy to roll out, etc. Tonight I tried it with whole wheat flour and it was a disaster. The dough was super crumbly, hard to roll out and gritty. I don't know much about cooking so maybe that was obvious but for any other novices like me, be warned.

I live in Mexico and you can't buy pie crust, so I used this recipe...It was perfect...made a chicken pot pie with them....will add just a little bit of sugar for dessert pie crust....thank you, thank you...soooo easy! And tastes good!

This pie crust is soooooo easy and awesome! I add some sugar for dessert pies. double the recipe and keep the unused portion in the freezer for even quicker fixes. You could also use extra portions for turnovers. The cinnamon roll idea is a great. This recipe makes baking pies as easy as pie!

I never made my own pie crust. This was the easiest crust ever. Since I was making pumpkin pie I added a little sugar to the crust. I also, loved the wax paper idea to roll the crust between...made it super easy to transfer to pie pan! I will use this again!

BRILLIANT... thank you :)
