You don’t have to make a trip to Red Lobster to enjoy endless shrimp. Try this recipe with some fresh shrimp and you will be set! This goes great with Red Lobster’s Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup unsalted Butter do not use Margarine
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Buttered Ritz cracker crumbs, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place shrimp in baking dish (or individual-size au gratin dishes.) Add wine, butter and garlic. Top with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350 degree oven for about 6 to 7 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp. The shrimp is done when it has turned pink
