Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 cups toasted pecans, coarsely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In another bowl, combine butter and sugar using electric mixer. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Beat in vanilla and almond extracts.
