1 box deluxe devils food cake mix
1 cup whole milk ricotta
1/2 veg. oil
2 eggs
FROSTING
12 oz premium chocolate
1 cup sour cream (room temp)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease pan or pans
mix ingredients low 1 min
scrape
mix on medium 2 min.

Bake 35-40 min or when toothpick comes clean.

For frosting: melt chocolate over water till smooth
cool
whisk sour cream into chocolate
