Ingredients
- 4 large zucchini (sliced thin)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cans chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Saute zucchini onion butter and parsley. Add all spices and cook until tender. Put in blender or use immersion blender and add chicken broth. Before serving add 1 can evaporated milk and chicken. Omitting the milk still makes a great soup.
