Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. chopped meat, or ground turkey
  • Liquid egg whites
  • Seasoned bread crumbs
  • Oregano
  • Dried chopped onions
  • You can use your own recipe for meatloaf, I just wrote what I used.

Step 1

1. Put meat in bowl. Add equivalent of 2 egg whites for every pound of meat. Add about 1/2 C. bread crumbs, oregano & onions to "taste". Mix until all ingredients are just blended-do not over mix.

2. In jumbo muffin pan, put meat in to about full, allowing for shrinkage during cooking. Cook at 350 for about 35 minutes.

Once done, as soon as you take it out of the oven, turn the mini loves on their side in the pan to drain for a couple of minutes so they're not sitting in their grease.

Makes 6 mini loaves.
