Ingredients
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 †bsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Step 1
Peel the tomatoes, cut in half and remove seeds. Cut the tomatoes into fine dice. Mix all ingredients and add the vinegar and olive oil.
