Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cans beef consume
  • 1 lg (~28 oz) tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cans red or pinto beans
  • 6 TBSP chili powder
  • 3 TBSP paprika
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 14 saltines (added later)

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer together 1 hour. Crush 14 saltines finely and mix into chili. Simmer 30 minutes more.
