No Knead Cheese Studded Dinner Rolls

An easy no knead recipe for dinner rolls that are quick and tasty.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 package Red Star Platinum Yeast
- 1/3 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water (no hotter than 110 degrees F)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for the tops)

Preparation
Step 1
In the bowl of a food processor (or a bowl) add the flour, yeast, Parmesan, garlic powder, sugar and salt and pulse to combine. In a small glass measure, add the warm water and olive oil and with the food processor running add the water mixture. Continue to run the machine until the dough comes together into a ball. Flour a board and turn the dough out onto the board. Pat into a ball and cover with a medium glass bowl. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
Spray a round baking dish or pie plate with cooking spray. Divide the dough into 8 equal sized balls and place into the prepared baking dish. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and allow to rest for another 30 minutes in a draft free area.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Remove the towel and bake the rolls for 20 minutes. Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
Makes 8 dinner rolls
Note: Toast the a leftover roll in the toaster and use to make a mini breakfast slider with a fried egg, sausage patty, cheese and a slather of harissa.
