Ingredients
- 1 CUT each biscuit into 8 pieces; toss with salsa to coat.
- 2 SPREAD in sprayed 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish; sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
- 3 BAKE at 375°F 35 to 40 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and center biscuit pieces are no longer doughy. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.

made this for footnball today - a huge hit. Had black beans and spanish rice on the side since not everyone likes those. Also added 1 can of cream of chicken/mushroom soup and did not put the cheese on until the last 10 minutes. ALso mixed chicken, soup and salsa together with bicuits instead of putting on top. Will def make again and again!
Made this tonight and my family loved it! I did add extra salsa so it wasnt too dry. I tweaked it a little more by adding some pinto beans and green chili...was excellent. Also I only cooked it for 30 minutes instead of the 35-40.
to clopez 1, use a canned soup, that doesn't have tomato in it. and other ingredients that go along with the soup you use. Make it yours.
