Ingredients
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, sliced
- 2 cups uncooked minute rice
- 2 small cans, whole green chilies and juice
- 1 small can, chopped green chilies
- 3 cartons sour cream
- 1 stick butter

Step 1
Cook rice according to directions and combine with sour cream and put 1/2 in a 9x13 casserole. Seed chilies, cut into 4 strips and wrap around slices of cheese and lay on top of rice. Top with rest of rice, pour chilies juice over, top with rest of cheese and dots of butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, Do Not Overbake,mix will look soupy, best that way and use all of the cheese.
Spoon a can of chopped chilies over the top in a drizzle fashion right before serving
Best if you use shallow dish instead of deep casserole
