  • 4 C raw almonds
  • 1/2 C white sugar
  • 1/2 C borwn sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Lightly grease a 10 x 15 jelly roll pan.

Lightly beat the egg white. Add the water and vanilla, and beat until frothy, but not stiff.

Add the nuts, stir until well coated. Mix the sugar, salt, and cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture over the nuts. Toss to coat. Spread evenly in the pan in a single layer.

Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until golden. Cool and store in an air-tight container.
