Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups suar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Bring the first 4 ingrediants to a boil.
Pour over the next three ingrediants
Add the last 3 ingrediants. Stir and mix.
Place in a buttered and foured 9x13.
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes
For frosting:
Bring margarine, cocoa, and buttermilk to a boil
Add vanilla & powder sugar
