  • 1 1/2 cups halved grape tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

1. Cook asparagus in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
2. Spray a large skillet with an olive oil mister and set over medium-high heat.
3. Add tomatoes and garlic; cook 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar; cook 3 minutes. Stir in salt.
4. Arrange asparagus on a platter; top with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper.
