Ingredients
- Topping:
- Deep Dish pie shell
- 3 C rhubarb cut fine
- 1 1/2 C fresh strawberries
- 1 pkg strawberry jello
- 1 C sugar
- 1/2 C flour
- salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 C b sugar
- 1/2 C oatmeal
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/4 C butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sprinkle jello on rhubarb and strawberries and mix together.
2. Stir sugar, flour, dash salt and cinnamon together and stir into rhubarb mixture. Pour into pie shell.
3. Mix topping ingredients til crumbly and put on top of rhubarb. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min and then 350 degrees for 30 minutes or til rhubarb tests done with fork.
