Ingredients
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 C water
- 1 pkg 9 oz) raspberry jello
- 5 C fresh raspberries
- 1 graham cracker crust
- whipped cream, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar and cornstarch in pan. Add water and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in jello til dissolved. Cool 15 min. Place raspberries in crust. Slowly pour jello mixture over berries. Chill til set, about 3 hrs. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
