Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can petit diced tomatoes
- 2 cans Spicy Hot V-8 Vegetable Juice
- 1 box beef stock
- 1 large onion, diced or minced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables thawed
- 1 teaspoon basil flakes
- Chili powder to taste, optional
- Salt and Pepper

Step 1
Brown ground beef in the pot you are making soup before you add other vegetables. Add all ingredients to browned beef. Bring to boil; reduce heat and cook slowly for about an hour. If needed, add water to thin.
