Baked Pickles

Ingredients

• 1 jar pickle slices
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1 T. worcestershire sauce
• 1 t. hot sauce
• 1 t. garlic powder
• 1 t. Cajun seasoning
• 1 t. pepper
• 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Turn oven broiler on high.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and flour. Add worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning and pepper. Mix well. Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Dunk each pickle sl.ice into the egg mixture, then dredge in the bread crumbs.
Place coated pickles on a rack set on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Place in middle rack in oven and broil about 3 minutes each side.
