- 3 scallions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2/3 cup arborio rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/3 cup grated Romano cheese

Step 1
Sauté scallions in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add arborio rice and cook 2 minutes. Add water and instant chicken bouillon granules. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cover. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, then stir in grated Romano cheese.
