Crumb Cake

Ingredients

• TOPPING:
• 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tbsp. shortening
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 tbsp. milk
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 3 tbsp. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Grease & flour an 8 x 8 pan.
Beat all ingredients except topping on low for 30 seconds then on medium for 4 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with topping and broil for 3 minutes until golden brown.
