Ingredients
- 3 Cans Sauerkraut, wash well
- 1 Small onion, sliced in slivers
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 5 Slices Bacon, browned and crumbled
- 1/2 Can Tomato sauce, left over from Mostachiolli sauce

Directions
Saute onion and garlic in a small amount of olive oil. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour on top of stove. Stir frequently.
