Ingredients
- 1 Can LeSueur peas, drained
- 1 Can French-style green beans, drained
- 4 Stalks Celery, chopped
- 1 Medium red onion, chopped
- 1 Jar Small jar pimento, chopped and drained
- 1/2 Cup Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 Cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Canola oil
- 1 Dash Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Cup Sugar or splenda
- 1 Green pepper, chopped

Directions
Combine peas, green beans, celery, green pepper, red onion and pimento in large bowl. Mix dressing, vinegar, oil paprika, water, salt and sugar in jar; shake well until dissolved. Pour over vegetables and let sit, covered, overnight in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally. Serve cold.
