Vinegar BBQ Sauce- Gallon

Ingredients

• 10 cups- Cider vinegar
• 2 cups- white vinegar
• 4 cups Ketchup
• 1/2 cup Brown sugar
• 2 TBS + 2 TSP salt
• 1 TBS + 1 TSP black pepper
• 1 TBS + 1 TSP seasoned salt
• 2 TSP red pepper flakes
• 2 TSP ground mustard
• 2 TSP onion salt
• 2 TBS + 2 TSP flour

Step 1

Combine all items in pot. Bring to low boil, then cool. Keep refrigerated

Might try onion powder as substitute, plus sub 1/4 cup of Franks for 1/4 cup of ketchup
