Quick & Easy Dinner Nachos Supreme

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 pkg (about 1 Ounce) Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (10 3/4 Ounces) Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1 1/2 cups Uncooked Instant White Rice
- Chunky Salsa
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Lettuce
- Tortilla Chips

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef and taco seasoning in 10-inch skillet until beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir soup, water and rice in skillet and heat to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is tender.
Top with the salsa, cheese and lettuce.
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with carrot and celery sticks. For dessert serve chunky applesauce sprinkled with cinnamon.

This dinner lends itself so well to a variety of toppings—try sliced black olives, avocado, diced tomatoes, or use Monterrey Jack instead of cheddar. Don't forget to top it all off with some sour cream!
