CLASSIC VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

• 1 small clove garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper

Step 1

Whisk garlic, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl. Gradually whick in oil until emulsified; season with salt and pepper.
