Ingredients

  • 1 (3-5 lb.) eye of round roast
  • 1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup (Use 2 for more gravy!)
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Use double heavy aluminum foil. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons onion soup mix on foil. Put roast on soup mix. Sprinkle remaining soup mix on top of the roast. Spoon mushroom soup over roast. Seal aluminum foil well. Put roast into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. This can also be baked at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
