Ingredients
- 1 bunch romaine
- 1/4 lb pepperoni slices
- 1/4 lb genoa salami
- 1/3 C jar of roasted peppers
- 1/3 C chopped red onion
- 1 1/2 C chopped artichoke hearts
- 3 T red wine vinegar
- 1/2 C evoo
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 2 T grated cheese
- 1/4 C mixed olives
- 4-5 whole pepperoncini whole peppers
- 1/4 C provolone chesse cubed

Step 1
In large bowl, mix lettuce, pepperoni, salami, peppers, red onion, olives and artichoke hearts. Add vinegar, oil, salt/pepper, pepperonchini, grated cheese and provolone cheese and toss. Chill
