Butter Buns for Burgers - FANTASTIC!

I found this while searching for a recipe and love to try new recipes! Theses are fantastic! I made them last night for our hamburgers! I'm not a bread eater, and I ate one! So you know it's good! :) Thanks CookieCarol! :) This recipe is going in my keeper book! :)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water, warm
- 1 Tablespoon yeast
- 2 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup milk, warm
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- Additional butter

Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar added. When foamy, mix with
warm milk, ¼ cup butter (I put butter in milk to soften), and egg. Add to flour and salt. Mix until soft dough forms, knead lightly, dough needs to stay soft. I mix the rolls in my food processor and do not knead it).
Cover and let rise in warm place for almost an hour (till doubled). Divide dough into 12 pieces and as you shape into rolls, put a piece of butter inside each roll. I use from ¼ to ½ pat of butter. Let rolls rise until doubled, 30-45 minutes.
Bake in a 350º oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Brush
with butter if you prefer a soft crust.
