Ingredients

  • 6 Tbs unsalted butter or salted cut into pieces
  • 8 oz. bittersweet or semi sweet chocolate chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large eggs room temp
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped and roasted nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a square baking pan (8") oir double recipe.

Melt butter in a medium sauce pan, then add chocolate. Stir over low heat until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and sugar.
Beat in eggs one at a time, add the flour and stir for 1 full minute until batter loses its graininess adn becomes smooth. It will pull away from the edges, stir in nuts.
Bake until set @30 minutes.
Cool. To cut clean, freeze the brownies in the pan then cut.
