Ingredients

Cake:
1 lemon cake mix
1 pkg (3 oz) lemon jello
3/4 C water
1/2 C vegetable oil
4 eggs
Menon Glaze:
1/3 C lemon juice
2 C p sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix, jello, water, oil and eggs. Beat 3 minutes or until smooth. Pour into 2 bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes.

Punch holes in cake with toothpick. Pour glaze on top.
