Spicy Peanut Chicken 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (100 g) ramen noodles (flavouring packet discarded)
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400ºF.


Crush noodles in resealable plastic bag.


Mix Miracle Whip, peanut butter and Sriracha; spread onto both sides of chicken. Coat evenly with crushed noodles.


Place on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 min. or until done (170ºF).

*SUBSTITUTE
For a less spicy version, substitute soy sauce for the hot chili sauce.

Garnish with thinly sliced green onions before serving.
