Miniature Cheese Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 lb. cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375.

Blend together graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Put small amount in bottom of cupcake pans lined with paper cups.

Beat together cream cheese, egg & sugar 5 mins. Put on top of crumbs.

Bake 10 mins.
