Ingredients
- 1 Medium Green, Red and Orange or Yellow Pepper (chopped)
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 1 Small Can Beef Broth
- 1 Large Can of Diced Tomatoes (or Crushed depending on your preference)
- 1 Large Can of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Medium Onion (large diced)
- 1 Tsp. Salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 Tbsps. Ground Pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 Cup Cooked Rice (add an addition 1/2 cup for thicker soup)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown Ground Beef with Onions and Drain.
Add Beef Broth, Peppers, Diced Tomatoes and Tomato Sauce.
Cook on Medium heat and bring to a slow boil.
Turn heat down to low and cook covered for approx. 1 hour
Add cooked rice.
Optional:
Add 3 Tbsps. Hot Sauce
Generous amount of Crushed Hot Peppers, suit to taste.
