1/4 C butter
1/4 C milk
1 C sugar
dash salt
1/2 C chocolate chips

Step 1

Bring butter, milk, sugar and salt to good boil. Take off burner and add 1/2 C chocolate chips. Cool a little and beat mith mixer until lighter color. Spread on 8 " cake.
