Ingredients

  • 3 lb.s boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 t. lemon juice
  • 1/2 t. accent seasoning
  • 1 to 1 1 1/2 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • Velveeta cheese
  • Corn Flake crumbles

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer chicen for one hour - shread. Mix onions, salt, lemon juice, accent, mayonnaise, celery and almonds. Stir together with chicken. Put half of chicken in casserole dish. Layer with Velveeta cheese. Spon remaining chicken on top of Velveeta and then layer with additional Velveeta. Top with corn flake crumbs.

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
